Once you have set up your blog, please follow your classmates' blogs as you will need to read and comment on them over the next month.

Here are some guidelines for the blog and your Independent Reading:

1. Everything you write on your blog must be considered "publishable quality" because you are sharing it with the entire world.  No spelling, grammar, punctuation mistakes. 
2. The purpose of this blog is academic in nature.  The writing prompts you receive should be considered as such.  This includes writing comments on your peer's posts.
3. Reading sections and writing assignments must be completed on time and according to our class schedule.  It is okay to read ahead of schedule and to post more than what we require for class.
4. Always bring your book to class, just in case.
5. Posts will be scored holistically on a 4 point scale.  A score of 4 represents the best AP level work.
6. You may not change your book after 5/19/15.
